How to use it:
- Burn 2-3 drops of the oil with a layer of water in an oil burner, and place the oil burner on the nearest table to you so you can inhale oils to uplift your mood and help you relax.
- Add 1 drops to 20ml carrier oil (can be any carrier oil you have around, like peanut or olive oil) and massage the oil into your skin.
- Add 2 drops of cinnamon leaf essential oil to a carrier oil and add to a hot bath before going to bed.

Menstrual cramp relief: Cinnamon leaf may help relieve menstrual cramps by applying it onto your lower abdomen. (Always dilute when applying topically and use no more than 1 drop per 20-50 ml of carrier oil for Cinnamon leaf as it is very strong).
